I had an excellent experience at Lakeside Dental. From the moment I arrived, the communication was clear and professional. Felix at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress free. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and made sure all of the dental work I needed was completed in just three hours. I was amazed by how organized and streamlined everything was. The staff was friendly, the service was outstanding, and the communication throughout the appointment was excellent. I highly recommend Lakeside Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care and a great patient experience.

This is Maria, and I'm using my husband's Google account for this review. As a new patient, I was impressed on their great customer service. I wanted to verify first that they accept my insurance before I made an appointment. The lady that I talked to asked me to text her a copy of my insurance to check and she will call me back. She got back to me so quickly and said that they accept my insurance. I was pleased with her effort of doing that so I made my first appointment. They have excellent communication skills via text/phone and especially in person. The staff from the front desk are very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and professional. My nervousness is gone as soon as I talked to them. As for the dentist, Dr. Cheema made me feel comfortable right away. He is cheerful, professional, knowledgeable, and he explained everything clearly what treatment I need to be done. After 2 days, he did my treatment and everything went well. His dental assistant is very nice and friendly as well. Overall, I am happy and thankful that I found Lakeside Dental in Folsom. The great reviews I read about them were true, and that's why I gave them another great review. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone looking for one.

I cannot recommend Lakeside Dental in Folsom enough! Dr. Simran was absolutely amazing — super knowledgeable, caring, patient, and genuinely made me feel comfortable despite me being terrible about brushing and flossing my teeth. Instead of making me feel judged, she took the time to educate me and help me understand how to better take care of my dental health. Her assistant Nikki was also incredibly sweet and welcoming throughout the entire visit. On top of that, the front desk staff deserves a huge shoutout for always being so kind, helpful, and accommodating. They somehow always find a way to get me in on short notice, and I truly appreciate that more than they know. The office itself is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. You can really tell this team cares about their patients. If you’re looking for a new dentist, do yourself a favor and choose Lakeside Dental in Folsom. Amazing people and amazing care!
