The entire team was friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable. The customer service was exceptional, and everyone I interacted with was courteous and attentive. This was easily one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. This is Maria, and I'm using my husband's Google account for this review. As a new patient, I was impressed on their great customer service. I wanted to verify first that they accept my insurance before I made an appointment. The lady that I talked to asked me to text her a copy of my insurance to check and she will call me back. She got back to me so quickly and said that they accept my insurance. I was pleased with her effort of doing that so I made my first appointment. They have excellent communication skills via text/phone and especially in person. The staff from the front desk are very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and professional. My nervousness is gone as soon as I talked to them. As for the dentist, Dr. Cheema made me feel comfortable right away. He is cheerful, professional, knowledgeable, and he explained everything clearly what treatment I need to be done. After 2 days, he did my treatment and everything went well. His dental assistant is very nice and friendly as well. Overall, I am happy and thankful that I found Lakeside Dental in Folsom. The great reviews I read about them were true, and that's why I gave them another great review. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone looking for one.
