Folsom's Lakeside Dental

I had a Gr8 experience at Lakeside dental. From what was an embarrassing moment of a front tooth crown falling off, and almost panicking not knowing what office to choose with my insurance network, to walking out of Lakeside dental with peace of mind that I didn't need to hide under a mask any longer,especially during this 4th of July weekend. The staff at Lakeside dental greeted me with kindness,answering any questions I had. They felt warm and genuine. From being nervous of my appearance, to internet issues with my phone , the staff helped to set up a care plan to assist financially for my care. Going to a new office is stressful enough because, you don't know the type of service you are getting and you don't know the staff. I felt reassured that I was in good hands and I left out of Lakeside dental all smiles.

This was such a stress free and FAST experience! I had to change Dentists because of insurance and was very unhappy that I had to do so, but I found this Dentist in my neighborhood and what a blessing that I did!! Usually going to the dentist feels very stressful and like I’m going to a hospital. This experience was the least stressful, from the people at the front that helped me, to the dental assistant JZ that was so kind and friendly, and the hygienist Jade who was real with me and answered all my questions! Dr. Cheema was incredibly friendly as well and his bedside manner was the best that I have ever experienced and it took him less than 5 minutes to do a filling! Blown away by this experience because I felt like I was a part of the family. Actually excited for my cleaning in 6 months!

Dr. Harpreet Cheema is an extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring dentist. My 17-year-old son was recommended by other doctors for an implant, but Dr. Cheema took the time to explain that his jawbone has not fully developed yet and that an implant would not benefit him at this stage. Instead, he suggested alternative options that would be better for my son.What impressed me most was that he genuinely put my son’s health and best interests first rather than trying to push a procedure or make a profit. It is very reassuring to have a doctor who truly cares about his patients.I highly recommend Dr. Harpreet Cheema to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and compassionate dentist!
