I recently visited Dr. Simran’s dental office for a routine cleaning, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The front desk team was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, ensuring all my paperwork and questions were handled with care and efficiency. Dr. Simran was an absolute delight. She was kind, attentive, and took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel completely comfortable. I’ve been a patient at Lakeside Dental for many years, and am happy to say that the current team there is top-notch. Interactions are always warm and friendly, whether by phone or in person, and whether with the dentists themselves or the hygienists or the superb front desk team. They all seem genuinely invested in my oral health and wellbeing, always thoughtful with their questions, explanations and advice. Recently I made an inquiry about a benefits statement from my insurance provider, for example, and the Office Manager Felix immediately hopped on it and had a full breakdown ready for me by the time I returned to the front desk. Patient satisfaction truly seems to be the priority at Lakeside Dental, and I can confidently recommend their office and available services to others without hesitation.

Great experience with this new dentist and took time to explain best options to replace veneers or crowns. She and her staff were very friendly and honest with billing and quotes. Dr. Simran and her staff are wonderful! From the office staff to her dental assistants, everyone is very kind, attentive and ensure you’re comfortable during your visit. It’s always hard when your dentist leaves and someone new takes over. However, the transition has been great and so far I’m pleased.
Dr. Simran and Dr. Cheema are highly skilled and professional dentists. I recently visited their clinic for a tooth extraction and bone grafting procedure to prepare for the implantation of my third tooth. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional throughout the entire treatment process, which exceeded my expectations and delivered exceptional quality care. Last year, we relocated to Folsom from Vacaville and sought a replacement for our out-of-town dentist. Lakeside Dental provided us with the exceptional dental services we needed. Highly recommend! I have always struggled with pain following even simple procedures, so I was very nervous about having all the work required for a crown! The doctor was very patient and reassuring with me. After my numbness wore off, I was pain free! So happy to have found Lakeside Dental!

The office staff and office manager, Anita, were very nice and covered the various options specific to me in detail. They were very thorough and answered all my questions.
Got a front tooth veneer done here, and the entire experience was seamless. The staff was warm and welcoming, and everything was clearly explained. Dr. Simran took the time to assess my teeth crowding and recommended Invisalign instead of veneers, which felt honest and reassuring. I’ll be starting my Invisalign journey soon. Amazing service, from front office to the doctor ‘ everyone was very professional, honest and no waiting. I had previous dental needs those were never diagnosed by the dentists and hygienist never did gum exams, new hygienist did full gum exam and provided some great gum care insights , Dr. Simran saved my tooth that turned into a root canal now because previous dentists never filled the cavity. Best dentist and team.

This dentist is amazing. She is gentle but thorough on the teeth (primary qualifications!) but as a person she’s such a sweetheart! She’s so positive and encouraging and takes time to care about your life. She has done the whole process – no handing off or trading with a hygienist or xray tech. The receptionist is also very sweet. I’d definitely recommend folks to this practice!

I have an interesting background regarding my teeth. I won’t bore anyone with the details but I was without good care for a very very long time. My second dental visit of my life was only a short year ago. (at another location) and this dentist was very mean to me. They criticized my brushing habits and the fact that I hadn’t been to a dentist, even after my explanation of why. and then continued to treat me poorly just because they thought I had terrible hygiene. (I brush everyday like I am supposed to) When I came to see Dr. Rocky after my 4 months of torture he was very much the opposite. He sat next to me and let me explain all the hell I’d been through and was truly concerned with how turned off I was. He took one look inside my mouth and found something my other dentist didn’t. Fixed it immediately, and almost called the other location just to yell at him for the awful job he did. He said they didn’t do a thorough cleaning and said that one of the fillings they gave me was now infected due to the fact that they didn’t sterilize before filling it and now I needed a root canal. YAY ME. Well none of this was Dr. Rocky’s fault and I commend him for being so honest and quick with his work. He has been so thorough in everything he’s done and never failed to explain everything. Always there to let me ask any questions. I have now seen him and his brother, who did my root canal, he’s a specialist and they didn’t want to take any chances. Not to mention I have brought my entire family here. They see his wife Dr. Cathy who is also wonderful. Please just come talk to them. You will not regret it.
